Principal Tim Braithwaite graduated from Canterbury University in 2006 and was admitted to the bar in 2007. Since 2009 Tim has been practicing in Rotorua, and has gained a reputation for providing defence advocacy of the highest standard in the criminal arena and an understanding and empathetic approach to Family Law matters.

Tim enjoys a relationship of trust, confidence and mutual respect with his clients, and brings to his law practice a well-rounded experience built from working both in law and in the “real world”, and from extensive international travel and experiencing many different cultures.
